Business Administration Manager

The Ultrasound Business Unit requires support for the team based in Zoetermeer and for the dynamic and constantly evolving Ultrasound product portfolio. In order to ensure its smooth operation we want to strengthen the Ultrasound BU team. The new role will report to the BU Manager and work closely with Product Management, Clinical Market Managers and other relevant departments within CMSE Head Office and the countries.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Product Registration System (PRS): QA docs
• Approved Supplier Database (ASD): Contracts, QA docs
• Maintain product information libraries in CRM system
• Assist product registration in countries where needed
(mainly non CE)
• Demonstration equipment logistics management
• Support for workshop & congress organization
• Complaint database maintenance
• Support financial control Ultrasound BU related matters
• Support New Product Introduction Plan

Skills and Competences

• Commercial administration educated, with strong affinity to medical technology
• Customer centric skills with focus on all customers touchpoints
• Management accounting skills
• Microsoft Office
• CRM (preferably Salesforce)
• Fluent in written and oral English
