The role

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Canon Medical Systems Europe Headquarters and Canon Medical Systems Netherlands. You act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers, advising on recruitment strategy, talent acquisition, employment offers and international hiring. Beyond recruiting, you contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives across Europe, helping to build a diverse, high-performing workforce.

What will you do?

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide variety of positions, from sourcing and screening through to job offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and attract top talent through direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Prepare job offers and employment contracts, advising on grading, compensation, labour costs and international mobility topics.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and other partners, negotiating terms and managing supplier relationships.
  • Analyze recruitment data, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding.
  • Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) throughout the recruitment process and support hiring managers with inclusive hiring practices.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with labour legislation, GDPR, ISO standards and internal quality procedures.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within an international organization.
  • Experience with direct sourcing, talent pooling, employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of employment contracts, compensation, labour legislation and international mobility topics such as visas.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

  • a gross monthly salary between €3.900 and €5.400 - aligned with your knowledge and work experience;
  • a 13th month and 8% vacation allowance;
  • 32 vacation days and 5 scheduled days off;
  • travel expenses / home office allowance.
