The role

As CPN Service Manager, you play a key role in growing our service business across the European Channel Partner Network. You combine commercial insight with operational understanding to drive service revenue, strengthen customer relationships and support partners in delivering high-quality after-sales service. Working closely with Service, Sales, Business Units and Channel Partners, you help expand our service portfolio while ensuring partners have the capabilities, knowledge and support needed to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What will you do?

  • Drive growth of service contracts, upgrades, software, lifecycle services, and other value-added service offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase service penetration across the installed base.
  • Support Channel Partner sales organizations in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing service opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop partner service capabilities through structured onboarding, training coordination, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Deliver timely financial reporting, forecasts and analyses to the Senior Vice President & CFO and Canon Inc. (CINC).
  • Analyze installed base, service coverage, and market data to identify commercial opportunities and improve forecasting.
  • Support the rollout of new service business models, digital services, and lifecycle solutions.
  • Monitor business performance, pipeline development, and service-related KPIs while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare or a related field.
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based sales, preferably within healthcare, medical imaging or technical services.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build long-term customer and partner relationships.
  • Experience working with complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into commercial opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to coach teams and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.

  • a gross monthly salary between € 4.375 and € 6.400 - aligned with your knowledge and work experience;
  • a 13th month, yearly bonus structure and 8% vacation allowance;
  • 32 vacation days and 5 scheduled days off;
  • travel expenses / home office allowance
