As Personal Assistant to the European CEO, you provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO and the wider Management Team. You play a central role in ensuring that leadership activities run smoothly, coordinating meetings, travel, communication and key corporate processes.

This role requires a high level of discretion, strong organizational skills and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced international environment. You will interact with internal stakeholders across Europe as well as external partners and visitors.

• Provide proactive administrative and organizational support to the European CEO and Management Team.
• Coordinate meetings and schedules, ensuring effective preparation and logistical readiness for both virtual and in-person meetings.
• Support internal and external communication on behalf of the leadership team, including preparing meeting minutes and documentation.
• Manage confidential correspondence and documentation, including contracts and official communications.
• Support the organization on major conferences, leadership events and external stakeholder visits.
• Oversee administrative processes related to corporate travel accounts and company credit cards.
• Support recurring leadership meetings, corporate planning cycles and governance-related documentation processes.

• Experience providing administrative support to senior leadership in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Fluent English and Japanese (minimum C1 level); conversational Dutch is an advantage.
• This role is based on a five-day workweek, with daily office presence required and a minimum of 20 hours per week on-site.
