The role
As Account Manager R&MIS, you are responsible for achieving sales and rental targets within the Refurbished and Mobile Imaging Solutions portfolio. You actively drive commercial growth, expand market presence and ensure strong alignment between trade, pricing and compliance.
You report to the European Sales Manager R&MIS and play a key role in strengthening our commercial position across CGCs, Partner Networks and other stakeholders. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong commercial awareness and the ability to operate independently within an international environment.
What will you do?
- Drive sales and rental performance of the R&MIS portfolio in line with agreed budgets and growth targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and enter new markets.
- Maintain close relationships with CGCs, Partner Networks, brokers and key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast results and report monthly on targets, margins and pipeline development.
- Support pricing strategies and trade proposals in cooperation with the Trade Desk and internal stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and market trends to strengthen commercial positioning.
- Ensure alignment between sales activities, inventory management, compliance and legal requirements.
- Contribute to R&MIS projects, including refurbishment programs and mobile solution launches.
What do you bring?
- MBO level 4 education, preferably with commercial orientation.
- Experience as an Account Manager is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of medical imaging modalities is considered an advantage
- Strong numerical and commercial understanding, with the ability to interpret targets and pipeline data.
- Experience with Salesforce/Lightning Force and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

- a gross monthly salary in scale 10 or 11 – depending on your knowledge and work experience;
