What will you do?

As a Business Development Manager Interventional X-ray you will:

• Monitor action plans and business results together with European Director Interventional X-ray;
• Manage, Coordinate and Supervise local visits of KOL at CMSE training centre;
• Support KOLs directly or together with European Clinical Market Managers of Business Unit Interventional X-ray:
• Maintain KOL database;
  • Identify and support KOL focus areas and research topics;
  • Prepare loaner systems with PEA (Product Evaluation Agreements);
  • Monitor KOL satisfaction (local support, BU support);
  • Prepare promotional material with KOLs;
  • Support local Workshops/Symposia run by KOL to promote products.
• Prepare training plans for local staff and train locally, via KOLs, or centrally via CMSE Learning and Development department;
• Support local marketing with local product presentations, demos, congresses and workshops.

What do you bring?

• HBO-level (Higher Vocational Education), qualified in Medical Imaging Techniques.
• Strong business acumen.
• Extensive, up to date, clinical, operational and business knowledge of the products within the Business Unit portfolio.
• Extensive knowledge of the customer's wishes and of the Interventional X-ray market in general with a focus in Interventional Cardiology.
• Many years' clinical experience in a relevant diagnostic/interventional X-ray environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to give commercial product demonstrations and deliver basic interventional X-ray training courses (such as diplomacy, the ability to listen, to convince and to execute).
• Good oral and written proficiency in English and another European Language.
• Representativeness when representing the organization to customers.
• Strong Business ethics and personal deontology.
