Business Manager

As a Business Manager at Diagnostic X-ray, you'll hold a crucial position in nurturing the ongoing growth of the modality. What will you do?

Holds a bird's-eye view of the operational direction, ensuring strategic alignment across the various modality roles and initiatives
Foster strong relationships with local Canon Medical entities and company partners to devise and lead strategic short-term growth initiatives aligned with the annual targets
Responsible for keeping the competitive analysis documentation accurate by proactively gathering insights from industry benchmarks and monitoring what sets them apart in the market
Pro-actively assist the European commercial teams with strategic opportunity management, contributing to an increased win ratio while preserving profitability
Responsible for conducting European win/loss analyses, ensuring valuable insights are captured to inform strategic decision-making processes
Launch innovative short-term initiatives to enhance the expertise and motivation of local sales staff, aiming to increase win ratio and bolster pipeline growth.
Providing support to the European commercial teams during the order acquisition process through presentations and demonstrations to both potential and current customers
Work closely with customers, analyse customer needs and provide expert recommendations to the commercial team to ensure strategic opportunity positioning
Offer strategic insight and contributing content expertise for tender support
Supporting the commercial presence at exhibitions and congresses
During the product manager's absence, this role is responsible for maintaining the continuity of daily product management tasks. This includes overseeing product administration and ensuring compliance requirements are met without interruption

What do you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare (Management)
3-5 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, or sales/marketing within the medical devices or healthcare industry
A solid understanding of the Diagnostic X-ray technology, market trends, regulatory environment, and the competitive landscape
Proficient in conducting competitive analysis, gathering insights, and translating data into actionable strategies
Experience in supporting sales teams with strategic opportunity management, including analysing win/loss data and providing recommendations for improvement
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with the ability to craft and close deals. Experience in negotiating and structuring complex sales agreements
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
