The role

To strengthen and become part of our Logistics Planning Department at the European Head Office in Amstelveen we are currently looking for a Coordinator Planning In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth planning, coordination and execution of logistics and administrative processes across the European organization. You will work closely with internal departments, suppliers and external partners to ensure products, documentation and deliveries are processed accurately and on time.

What will you do?

• Manage planning of Instructions for Use (IFU’s) within the European ERP system across all modalities.
• Ensure timely and accurate purchasing and delivery of the IFU’s.
• Process orders and coordinate shipments with our partner in Germany.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding order status.
• Generate license keys using a dedicated Japanese software tool to activate medical equipment.
• Provide backup and administrative support to colleagues within the department.

What do you bring?

• Education: MBO+3 years Order administration and logistics work experience or HBO-level in the direction of administration/Logistics.
• Oral and written proficiency in English
• Experience with office applications.
• Experience with ERP system (Oracle) is a plus
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
