European Clinical and Business Manager Ultrasound (Women Healthcare)

Do you have a background in Ultrasound and are you ready for a new challenge? Canon Medical Systems Europe is looking for a European Clinical and Business Manager to set strategy and increase market share and sales volume for our Business Unit Ultrasound – Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

What will you do?

As our European Clinical and Business Manager Ultrasound it is your goal to grow the Ultrasound business in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Growth and related strategies to be realized in very close collaboration with the respective Clinical Market Managers and sales regions by working with KOL to promote the respective Canon Ultrasound portfolio and solutions to generate high sales growth. Your key responsibilities are:

• preparing a business plan and related actions to secure and develop market shares in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in our sales regions in Europe;
• improve local competencies and initiate related actions;
• monitor action plans and business results together with the European Director Ultrasound;
• map the KOL network and select Canon KOLs to achieve growth objectives;
• increase synergies by working closely with the Strategic Sales group, Strategic Marketing and other modalities.

What do you bring?

As European Clinical and Business Manager Ultrasound you have a strategic mindset and you possess decisiveness and persuasiveness. You also bring:

• extensive knowledge in Ultrasound;
• experience in Women Healthcare business;
• strategic / business background;
• excellent communication skills;
• excellent command of the English language, both written and oral;
• willingness to travel (25-30% of the time).
