The role
As European Clinical Application Specialist, you are the clinical and application expert within the Business Unit Interventional X-Ray. You support customers, sales teams, agents and dealers across Europe with in-depth clinical knowledge and application expertise. You act independently, operate at a senior level and contribute actively to product development and market insight.
This is a senior specialist role with a strong clinical, advisory and cross-functional focus and you report to the European Director Business Unit.
What will you do?
- Provide pre- and post-installation clinical support and ensure effective introduction of new equipment at customer sites.
- Deliver clinical product demonstrations and training to physicians, specialists and medical imaging professionals.
- Act as a point of contact for application-related questions and resolve complex clinical issues.
- Support sales teams, agents and dealers with clinical input during customer visits, demonstrations and events.
- Train fellow clinical specialists and sales colleagues within your area of expertise.
- Monitor and safeguard the quality of clinical applications within the Business Unit.
- Follow clinical, scientific and market developments and translate these into feedback for product management and HQ.
What do you bring?
- HBO-level qualification in Medical Imaging Techniques or equivalent.
- Extensive clinical experience in a diagnostic or medical imaging environment.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of medical imaging applications and workflows.
- Ability to work independently and operate confidently in an international setting.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Dutch is an advantage).

- a gross monthly salary between €4.200 and €6.200 - aligned with your knowledge and work experience;
- a 13th month and 8% vacation allowance;
- 32 vacation days and 5 scheduled days off;
- travel expenses / home office allowance.
