European Clinical Specialist Healthcare IT (HIT)

Are you passionate about training and knowledge sharing in the field of medical imaging? As a European Clinical Specialist Healthcare IT (HIT), your core mission is to provide high-quality clinical training, resources, and expertise to Canon Group Companies (CGCs) and our Channel Partner Network (CPN), supporting product applications and customer excellence. Your role is pivotal in empowering internal and external teams with up-to-date clinical knowledge, while also playing a key part in customer education, market feedback, and new product introductions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Europe, contributing to the continuous innovation and performance of our Healthcare IT solutions.

What will you do?

• Deliver and maintain clinical training for HIT products across CGCs and Partners.
• Monitor and address training needs, providing regular updates and refreshers.
• Support product launches, knowledge transfer, and customer training activities.
• Act as a troubleshooting and clinical applications expert for internal teams.
• Advise on market trends and product improvements, support evaluations and demos.
• Stay informed on industry developments and assist with promotional materials.
• Provide sales support through training, demonstrations, and customer visits.

What do you bring?

• Education at HBO level (Higher Vocational Education) in Medical Imaging Techniques.
• Strong clinical and operational understanding of Healthcare IT products
• Extensive clinical experience in a diagnostic or imaging environment, with detailed knowledge of CT and MRI
• Deep understanding of customer needs and the healthcare imaging market.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for training, demonstrating, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to influence and support various stakeholders.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work in office at least 2 times a week, starting at 9:00AM.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time and represent Canon professionally across different markets.
