European Customer Care Specialist

The primary responsibility of the European Customer Care Specialist will be ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction for our valued clients across our various activities.

What will you do?

In the position of European Customer Care Specialist, you act as the initial point of contact for external and internal customers, efficiently handling customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our medical products and services. You will also:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and issues effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Document and analyse recurring issues encountered by customers, providing valuable feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Work independently with periodic supervision to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Facilitate customer feedback collection through surveys, analysing the results to gain insights into customer perceptions and preferences.
  • Provide actionable feedback to different Business Units to drive improvements in products and services.
  • Propose and develop comprehensive plans aimed at improving customer satisfaction levels, incorporating feedback received from customers and internal stakeholders.

What do you bring?

The successful candidate has customer satisfaction skills and a commercial mindset. You also bring:
  • HBO level of education.
  • At least 3 years customer satisfaction experience;
  • Knowledge of relevant guidelines, procedures, laws, and regulations, etc.
  • Familiarity with all relevant medical equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English
