European Product Manager Diagnostic X-ray

To nurture the ongoing growth of the modality, we're on the hunt for a dedicated and enthusiastic XR (Senior) Product Manager who thrives on the opportunity to make a significant impact.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the European go-to expert for the latest product information and insights, ensuring every internal stakeholder and partner is well informed.

Your mission will include managing strategic product positioning, orchestrating the seamless launch of new products, empowering our commercial teams with the insights they need to shine, and product administration. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Business and Development Managers to fuel commercial strategies.

What will you do?

As European Product Manager Diagnostic X-ray, you will:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions;
  • Analyse product performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement;
  • Develop marketing content, sales tools, and training materials for products;
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide product insights and intelligence to support strategic selling;
  • Work with the regulatory, quality assurance, and business administration teams to ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and administration necessities;
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to execute successful product launches;
  • Drive product roadmaps and positioning to ensure products meet evolving market demands;
  • Represent the product team at conferences, events, and customer meetings.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology/radiographer or a related field
  • You have minimally 3 years of proven experience in Diagnostic X-ray or medical imaging as a Product Manager.
  • A solid understanding of the Diagnostic X-ray technology, market trends, regulatory environment, and the competitive landscape.
  • Expertise in building product roadmaps and experiences
  • Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Proficient in using product management/business administration tools
  • Business analytics skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas simply and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Time management and planning skills
