European Senior Clinical Specialist Ultrasound

Are you an expert in ultrasound clinical applications with a passion for training and knowledge transfer? As a European Senior Clinical Specialist – Ultrasound, you will take leadership in and drive knowledge transfer of clinical and product applications to European Clinical Specialists (Canon Group Companies, Partner Network). Your role is crucial in ensuring that local teams are well-prepared to achieve their business objectives and growth targets. By delivering expert training, supporting new product introductions, and staying ahead of industry trends, you will help shape the success of our ultrasound solutions across Europe.

What will you do?

• Plan and execute training programs in collaboration with European Clinical Market Managers (ECMM), European Product Managers (EPM), and Learning & Development (L&D).
• Support new product introductions, upgrades, and updates with advanced training for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and reference sites.
• Provide pre- and post-installation training to customers, ensuring high-quality application knowledge and customer support.
• Assist local specialists with complex clinical applications and product demonstrations.
• Support marketing activities, including product testing, development of new clinical applications, and creation of sales materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor products to provide insights and recommendations.

What do you bring?

• Higher Vocational Education (HBO-level) qualification in Medical Imaging Techniques.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience of clinical experience in diagnostic imaging.
• Extensive clinical and operational knowledge of ultrasound products.
• Strong experience in training and mentoring clinical application specialists.
• Certified as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and customers.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  
  
• Must be living in the Netherlands, ideally close by site.
