European Service Support Manager X-ray

To strengthen and become part of our Service department we announce the following vacancy in the European Head office in The Netherlands

We are looking for a motivated and experienced European Service Support Manager for X-ray. You will become responsible for leading the group of European Service Support Specialists working in the X-ray area offering service support across Europe. You will participate in task forces for various European and global projects and will supervise and advise the Service departments of our Group Companies and Partner Network. Process improvement, setting up training courses and introduction of new products will also be part of your job. Satisfied customers as well as a motivated and efficient team will be your ultimate goal.

What we ask:

• Extensive knowledge of X-ray with min 5 years of related experience;
• Experience with Canon X-ray is a plus;
• A minimum of 3 years in a service managerial level;
• Education: Min Bachelor-level;
• Willingness to travel internationally;
• Oral and written proficiency in English;
• Analytical skills to solve complex and urgent problems;
• Ability to work under stress in high pressure and time sensitive environment;
• Diplomacy and persuasiveness to obtain the cooperation of various parties having different interests;
• High level of people-management skills.
