European Service Support Specialist Computed Tomography

To strengthen and become part of our Service and Technical Support department, we announce the following vacancy in the European HQ in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands.

What will you do?

In the role of European Service Support Specialist Computed Tomography, you will become responsible for the practical support for the European Service organization and the transfer of technical knowledge and experiences to internal and external colleagues through both classroom and on-line training as well as through field support. Keeping up to date with product information and contribute to the introduction (technical part) of new products in close collaboration with the Business Unit and Japan is also part of your job. In addition, you will coordinate and execute projects and analyze service data.

What do you bring?

• Education: Bachelor-level, trained in a technical field; 
• Familiarity and/or experience as a trainer; 
• Several years of experience as a technical support (or senior engineer) in CT equipment; 
• Technical knowledge of Canon CT product is an asset. 
• Data analytics experience is a plus; 
• Good interpersonal skills to maintain internal and external contacts with HQ, our group companies and partners 
• Ability to travel internationally; 
• Oral and written proficiency in English; 
• Able to work under pressure and possess analytical skills to solve complex and urgent problems;
