European Service Support Specialist (Data Analyst in Back-office)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst who will serve as a crucial bridge between our development team and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to inform decision-making, developing dashboards, training users, and providing ongoing support. You will be part of a small and very dynamic service back-office group. You will report to the Service Support Manager.

What will you do?

Analyse complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support business objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for developers.
Design and occasionally develop interactive dashboards to visualize data trends and key performance indicators.
Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Train users in the effective use of dashboards and other data tools, ensuring they can utilize insights for decision-making.
Gather user suggestions and feedback to continuously improve dashboard functionality and usability.
Identify and report any bugs or issues within the dashboards and collaborate with the technical team to support resolution.
Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes used in analysis.

What do you bring?

Experience with dashboard development tools.
Experience in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Good understanding of the relationships between information, functionality and IT architecture;
Excellent communication in English and preferably one other European language;
Residency in the Netherlands or willingness to relocate is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to travel (minimum to moderate).
