European Service Support Specialist Ultrasound

What will you do?

In the role of European Service Support Specialist Ultrasound, you will become responsible for the practical support for the European Service organization and the transfer of technical knowledge and experiences to internal and external colleagues through both classroom and on-line training as well as through field support. Keeping up to date with product information and contribute to the introduction (technical part) of new products in close collaboration with the Business Unit and Japan is also part of your job. In addition, you will coordinate and execute projects and analyze service data.
This opportunity while starts within Ultrasound group, might lead to a multidisciplinary role with a hand on creation of tools that would help field engineers in all modalities.

What do you bring?

As our European Service Support Specialist Ultrasound you have the ability to work under pressure and to solve complex and urgent problems. You are open to a multimodality approach and you are willing to travel incidentally.

• Education: Bachelor-level, trained in a technical field;
• Experience as a Support Specialist in medical equipment is a plus;
• Technical knowledge of Canon products is a major plus;
• Familiarity with process automation, RPA or similar field is a plus;
• Oral and written proficiency in English;
• Diplomacy and persuasiveness to obtain the coorporation of various parties with different interests;
• You live in the Netherlands or nearby, or are willing to relocate.
