European Service Support Specialist Ultrasound

What will you do?

• Provide practical support to the European Service organization for Ultrasound systems
• Transfer technical knowledge to internal and external colleagues through classroom and online training
• Deliver hands-on field support to service teams
• Stay up to date with product information and innovations
• Contribute to the technical aspects of new product introductions in collaboration with the Business Unit and Japan
• Coordinate and execute service-related projects
• Analyze service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support the development of tools and solutions to assist field engineers
• Contribute to the expansion of support activities into a multimodality scope over time

What do you bring?

• Education: Bachelor-level
• Trained in a technical field, experience in giving trainings
• Experience as a Support Specialist in medical equipment
• Technical knowledge of Canon products is a major plus
• Familiarity with process automation, RPA or similar field is a plus
• Oral and written proficiency in English
• Diplomacy and persuasiveness to obtain the cooperation of various parties with different interests
• You live in the Netherlands or nearby, or are willing to relocate
