European Service Support Specialist X-ray
To strengthen and become part of our Service and Technical Support department, we announce the following vacancy in the European HQ in The Netherlands.
What will you do?
In the role of European Service Support Specialist X-ray, you will become responsible for the practical support for the European Service organization and the transfer of technical knowledge and experiences to internal and external colleagues through both classroom training and field support. Keeping up to date with product information and contribute to the introduction (technical part) of new products in close collaboration with the Business Unit is also part of your job. In addition, you will coordinate and execute projects and analyze service data.
What do you bring?
- Education: Bachelor-level, trained in a technical field
- Several years of experience as a Support Specialist (or senior engineer) in XR equipment
- Technical knowledge of Canon XR product is an asset
- Ability to travel internationally
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Ability to work under stress and to solve complex and urgent problems
- Good interpersonal skills to maintain internal and external contacts with HQ, our group companies and partners
- Diplomacy and persuasiveness to obtain the cooperation of various parties having different interests
