IT Service Manager
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of IT services across multiple European countries. Acting as a key link between IT specialists, local coordinators, and external suppliers, you will oversee incident and problem management, service quality, procurement, vendor relations, and infrastructure projects. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will play a crucial role in optimizing IT operations and supporting business success.
What will you do?
- Support the IT Infrastructure for CMSE and its subsidiaries across Europe.
- Collaborate with country IT coordinators and external suppliers.
- Work closely with specialists, service desk, and local IT coordinators.
- Ensure the IT Operations team operates effectively and efficiently.
- Manage IT procurement processes.
- Monitor incidents and oversee high-priority incident management and evaluation.
- Conduct problem management to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Prepare and analyze service level reports.
- Plan and coordinate IT maintenance activities.
What do you bring?
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- ITIL certification or proven knowledge.
- 8 years of experience as IT Service Manager.
- Language: English and Dutch
- Experience with service management tooling.
- Service level management in larger companies for IT infrastructure and cloud applications.
- Able to work both independently and in a team, discipline, good organization and social skills.
