Legal Counsel
Are you passionate about navigating the complex terrain of legal compliance and IT law?We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and take on a connecting role in our Legal Department. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for managing, drafting, and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts, including sales, supplier, distributor, service, and confidentiality agreements.
Your role extends beyond the traditional legal spectrum – you will build bridges between modality and healthcare IT processes, ensuring seamless alignment of IT contracts with modality contracts in our systems. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in broadening knowledge on IT-related contracts across the organization.

What do you bring?
- Master’s degree (MSc) in Law with a specialization in International Law
- Proven experience as an in-house legal counsel in a corporate environment or reputable law firm
- Strong understanding of the juridical system and legal procedures
- Deep knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to IT and healthcare markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluence in both English and
- Dutch (verbal and written)
- Ability to build strong and constructive relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to legal matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to professional ethics
