Marketing Automation Specialist

Are you a digital marketer with a passion for marketing automation, campaign performance, and lead generation? Join our Marketing team as a Marketing Automation Specialist, where you'll drive the execution of marketing campaigns across Europe using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Pardot). You'll collaborate with country and modality teams to optimize campaign performance, track lead follow-up, and improve digital engagement across our Canon Medical European network.

What will you do?

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Pardot).
  • Guide and support country and modality teams in building and optimizing campaigns.
  • Set up lead generation workflows including landing pages, email journeys, and nurturing flows.
  • Monitor lead activity and coordinate follow-up across regions after key events and campaigns.
  • Report on campaign performance with key metrics such as open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Recommend improvements based on analytics and help develop dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Maintain platform governance, ensure GDPR compliance, and promote best practices.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in Pardot.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud) and campaign workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to work across regions.
  • Living in the Netherlands, ideally close by Amstelveen.
