Project Manager IT

We are looking for a pro-active and results orientated Project Manager for our Business Consultancy department.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing IT projects for the European organization such as implementations, process improvements, integrations, and changes. In order to achieve this, you will work in close collaboration with local representatives from the business, IT, Business Consultancy department, and third parties. We expect you will continuously look for ways to further professionalize and standardize our project management approach, helping the department to improve as a whole. In this role you will act in a small but experienced and professional team covering the business domains CRM | Sales, CRM | Service, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Human Resources and Finance. What do you bring?

• A proven track record when it comes to managing projects and change in IT:
• Experience in off the shelf ERP and/or SAAS solution implementations;
• Ability to manage deliverables in-time, while keeping in mind the desired outcome of the business case;
• Ability to manage the budget, planning, tollgates, and documentation in an effective and qualitative way;
• Experience in continuous improvement and change management;
• Strong communication skills to work with third parties in an effective way from RfP until evaluation;
• You enjoy challenging and motivating stakeholders and process owners to improve their processes and usage of ICT;
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum and/or IPMA knowledge.
