What will you do?

As Business Support Coordinator you will support the R&MIS Account team and Business Development Manager in trade, sales and marketing activities for all Secondlife imaging modalities and Mobile Imaging Solutions. In addition you will support them by analysing and reporting market trends and competitor activities. Furthermore you will develop and sustain a dynamic and customer focused approach that contributes to the success of the Canon Medial Systems Europe R&MIS activities.

Your Key Responsibilities we will be to:

• Coordinate the Secondlife trade desk activities, register and maintain the processes of providing trade prices to our European sales organization
• Regularly review the market where R&MIS is active and monitor our trade pricing strategies.
• Maintain, develop and implement strategies together with the Account team to increase our market share and increase our trade activities within the CMSE/Canon Partner Network organization and broker market.
• Provide support in Account, Mobile Imaging Solutions and QA administration by preparing documentation, PowerPoint presentations, quotations and financial overviews.
• Support in marketing and commercial activities by identifying promotional opportunities and coordinating marketing activities such as photoshoots and creating brochures.
• Maintain close contact and create strong relationships with Canon Group Companies; Partner Network; international brokers and other relevant parties to ensure the best collaboration opportunities and ensure a good understanding of the local markets and needs.

What do you bring?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual that enjoys working in a team. You are highly accurate in your work, flexible and have a proactive mindset. Additionally you have:

• At least Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) level acquired through education or work experience;
• Some experience in commercial and administrative supporting roles;
• Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in written and oral English and Dutch.

• a gross annual salary appropriate to your knowledge and work experience ranging from EUR 48K – 53K which includes 8% holiday allowance and a 13th month;
• 32 vacation days and 5 scheduled days off;
• Commuting and home office allowance.
