Solution Architect Analytics

We’re looking for a talented and innovative Solution Architect with a passion for Data & Analytics. In this role you will become responsible for shaping and designing the future of our data strategy and technology roadmap, in order to increase our predictability and performance in several business domains. In order to achieve this, you will work in close collaboration with our business owners. You will act in a small but experienced and professional team covering the business domains CRM | Sales, CRM | Service, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Human Resources and Finance. What we ask

A proven track record when it comes to digital transformation of company-wide business intelligence from a business as well as IT point of view:

• Strong consulting skills in order to collect and inspire requirements, being a trusted partner for our business owners;
• Ability to support, maintain, develop, and extend our overall information architecture, based on best practices and research;
• Innovative, you know how to apply technologies like Artificial Intelligence as part of a digital transformation in the business domains, in order to drive business outcome and realize the strategy;
• Ability to design and maintain guidelines for an optimum user experience;
• You enjoy challenging and motivating stakeholders and process owners to improve their processes and usage of Business Intelligence solutions, and you provide support in defining adequate KPI’s;
• You enjoy taking our processes to the next level;
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics, Oracle Analytics, and/or Snowflake is a pre;
• Experience in and knowledge of Agile/Scrum way of working.

• a gross annual salary appropriate to your knowledge and work experience ranging from EUR 65K – 85K which includes 8% holiday allowance and a 13th month;
• 32 vacation days and 5 scheduled days off;
