Dr. Marco Porta, MDDr. Marco Porta is Head of the Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Unit at Istituto Clinico Villa Aprica, and a radiologist at Istituti Clinici Zucchi in Monza. He graduated in Medicine from the University of Milan and specialized in radiodiagnostics at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
Dr. Porta focuses on thoraco-abdominal and emergency radiology, with key expertise in musculoskeletal imaging and ultrasound-guided interventional procedures. Actively engaged in resident training, he frequently lectures at national and international conferences and has authored several peer-reviewed articles.
He is a member of both the Italian and European Radiology Societies. Additionally, he collaborates with a leading electromedical company to develop advanced dynamic MRI sequences for joint imaging.
Dr. James Noake, MBChB MRCS MRCP FFSEM MScSEM DipMSkUS Dr. Noake is a Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine with over 13 years of experience across elite and professional sports, including rugby, athletics, gymnastics, cricket, football, and disability sport.
He has been the event doctor at multiple national and international competitions, including the London 2012 Olympics, where he worked in the athletics Polyclinic and with Olympic and Paralympic training squads.
He spent 10 years as Head Doctor for London Irish RFC and was Lead Doctor for ITV’s The Games.
With a diverse specialist background in trauma, orthopedics, medicine, and rheumatology, he also holds postgraduate qualifications in musculoskeletal ultrasound, which he now teaches widely.
Dr. Noake is a Visiting Senior Lecturer in SEM at Queen Mary University of London and lectures nationally and internationally. His clinical interests include tendinopathy, interventional ultrasound, complex cases sporting hip, groin and buttock pain, adolescent injuries, bone stress and gym/contact sports injuries.
Dr. Alberto Schek, MD Dr. Alberto Schek is a German board-certified orthopedic and trauma surgeon with extensive experience in sports medicine. He earned his MD at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf and completed his residency at leading clinics in Düsseldorf and Bremen.
Dr. Schek has served as team physician for top-level sports organizations, including SV Werder Bremen, Hertha BSC, and the German national field hockey teams. Currently, he is Chief Physician at Paracelsus Sports Medicine & Prevention in Bremen and team doctor for the Fischtown Pinguins Ice Hockey and Eisbären Bremerhaven Basketball.
His main focus is orthopedic sports medicine and interventional regenerative treatments. He holds multiple certifications in sports osteopathy, manual medicine, and acupuncture.
He has authored several peer-reviewed publications and is an active member of ESSKA, AGA, GOTS, DKG, and DEGUM.
