Dr. Ritse Mann, MD, PhD Dr. Ritse Mann is a breast and interventional radiologist with a strong focus on research, mainly aimed at the optimization of care in breast cancer patients. This includes the evaluation of screening techniques and improving lesion classification and biopsy techniques.
He is also a member of the executive board of the European Society of Breast Imaging (EUSOBI) and chair of its scientific committee. In addition, he chairs the diagnostics working group of the Breast Cancer Research Group (BOOG) and is a section editor of women's imaging for the European Journal of Radiology (EJR).
Dr. Sylvie Flais, MD After completing her radiology training in Paris, Dr. Flais sub specialized in ultrasound and oncology imaging at Institut Gustave Roussy, Villejuif. She has been working in the UK as a consultant radiologist since 2001. From 2004 to 2014, she was the lead for symptomatic breast radiology at Ealing Hospital. In 2007, she additionally joined the radiology team of the breast screening services at Charing Cross Hospital, then their symptomatic team after leaving Ealing Hospital. She has a particular interest in ultrasound and all technical developments that may improve cancer detection.
Dr. Selma Di Pace Bauab, MD, PhD Dr. Bauab holds a Degree in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of São José do Rio Preto and a PhD from the University of São Paulo (USP). She is an active full member of the Brazilian College of Radiology (CBR) and its Mammography Commission, the Brazilian Society of Mastology, and the São Paulo Society of Radiology (SPR). As a member of the Scientific Committee of the São Paulo Radiology Meeting (JPR), she co-authored the books "Breast Imaging Atlas" (1995) and "Breast Imaging Diagnosis" (2009). In 2000, she founded the Mama Imagem Diagnostic Center and pioneered advanced breast biopsy and imaging techniques in São José do Rio Preto.
